DO NOT send your child to Swimmatix

We had the most awful experience at this swimming school. My 21 month old started swimming lessons at swimmatix. From the get go my son would cry the entire lesson through bear in mind he loves water. It became so bad that he would vommit before a lesson an was hysterical throughout. By lesson 5 my husband tried to calm my son before class by this time he vomited outside an is crying uncontrollable. He then put he's feet in the water to show my son it's ok an to try an calm him. The teacher then screamed at husband infront of a room full of people that's not allowed an was being very disrespectful in the manner she spoke to my son. We also left he's swimming cap that day at school I immediately contacted the teacher an she said she put it in loss an found an will keep it for us. The next week we were told it was missing an we nw had to purchase another swimming cap at r110.

We then contacted the school to let them know about our experience an that we were not happy with the service offering. By lesson 5 my son was still being held an picked up ***** in the water. The owner Matt Pike became so defensive an rude in he's response to us. Instead of being sympathetic he attached us. This school has a 2 month cancelation period after u signed up which means they lock you in for 3 months. That being said I feel the school is run like a military operation it's not a fun educational environment or experience it's a traumatic one. This school clearly does not care about the consumer all they care about is money. There are so many better swimming schools out there that offer a much better service than this one.

Please do not make use of this swimming school it's terrible.
