Disgusted at these money makers called Swimmattix

My 2.5yr old daughter had bronchitis for 3 weeks and was booked off swimming with a Drs note. I requested that should she not be able to complete her 3 make up lessons before they close on the 19 Dec that they please be carried over into the year as they are fully paid for lessons and I’m an unemployed single mother who who lost my job due to COVID, I make an exception and way to financially aid this very important/safety activity for my daughter...however was just told NO! Without any discussion around this matter. Yet they could send me a reminder email to pay them for next month! Yeah right!!!! Until you make sure that my daughter gets her 3 paid for lessons you won’t get another cent from me! Matt Pike the owner still has not had the common decency to email or call me directly because he’s all about the MONEY SADLY!

I’ve noticed that all these positive reviews are mainly from his family members...which is so ironic isn’t it as well as from his actual staff (because I recognize some of their names) I wonder if he makes them add these positive reviews to make the company look good....I will most definitely be cancelling with these money makers!
