Disappointed

I feel so disgusted that I only went two months to swim school and due to financial reasons and I moved so far from muizenberg I was forced to not being able to attend anymore and during this stuff economic times we are all experiencing with Covid swimmattix wouldn't accept my cancellation request and handed me over for R700 without understanding my financial constraints. Where is the compassion and humanity and its not like I attended the classes I am just really so disgusted
