Capitalism at its best

As a mental health professional I would NEVER recommend this swim school. My 2 year old had a very had experience when her own instructor was on leave. The substitute teacher just dropped her in the water and she coughed and screamed for the entirety of the lesson.

Firstly expecting us to continue paying for a service that has caused my child anxiety is ********* Secondly I paid for November but barely attended then was told I am expected to pay for December as per contract. Surely this is a different situation, my daughter refused to go in the water for 2 MONTHS since this incident. Now I am receiving threatening emails even after explaining what happened numerous times. No accountability and no apology. Disgusting!
