Be Aware

Unfortunately cant recommend this school. First teacher made our child cry more than actual swimming. Lots of underwater games and my child wasn’t helped struggling to get up. This happened several times - even after speaking to the teacher. I was forced to give 2 months notice when I wanted to change schools. Got a new teacher and Covid started - we were asked to pay lessons upfront to help the school. I was owed 6 lessons since 2020 - and I was told they expired now and I can’t book lessons. I find this so sad that during a time of Covid we were asked for help but then they can’t accommodate lessons. There’s far better schools with accommodating rules to choose for swimming lessons. Swimmatix doesn’t care for their clients but just want your money

I did sent an email to say I don’t want to have swim lessons during the pandemic and you rep**** back - I can return when I feel comfortable. Your trainer is available for lessons and not fully booked - yet you refuse to accommodate. I see many others complaining about the same issue and yet your response is just to refuse.

My point is - you are quick to demand money and fees and new contract rules - but yet your clients meen nothing to you - it goes both ways don’t u think to build a healthy business
