Their contracts are 100% transparent & online. Take the time to read what you are signing, it is a fair & detailed contract and you cannot enroll without agreeing to the terms, so if there something you don't understand, their office staff are there to help before signing.

Just because it is a swim school it is, still a business and has all those business things to cover like: staff, heating, rent, maintenance.

Unfortunately if you don't pay what is due, there is consequences, like any account or contract you sign. Swimmattix will never charge what isn't owed to them as they as also audited, you cannot just hand an account over without following the proper protocols.

Swimming is a life skill and not every child reacts the same and it is important to trust in the Teachers and their ability to get your child through any fears and tears, don't jump the gun... and pull your kid out, or blame the Teacher. Take time to speak to the Teachers and have an understanding of the goals and the process that needs to happen.

Their Teachers are SO passionate about teaching swimming and the love swimming, they aren't there to create any fear or trauma - a little patience goes a long way and the results are AMAZING when you push through = happy swimmers and safe swimmers.

You can see that they are invested the FULL experience with their facilities being top notch and always looking at ways to make it better. Last month they installed inverters to keep the lights on at all their locations.
