I have been a client of Matt before he even opened Swimmattix 9 years ago. Matt runs a tight ship, his instructors are well trained and he’s facilities are beautiful. He’s passion & patience for teaching swimming is out of this world. My child did not give him an easy time and I am in awe of how he handled him and guided us as parents and everything he told us was true and our son now loves swimming (you wouldn't have said in the beginning) he cried and put up a fuss but we listened to Matt and we put on our big pants and allowed Matt to do what he does best and now is in the A SQUAD at school & loves swimming - because of Matt.

The online progress is a simple one and if you go to their website (their contract is online) you will see everything is in detail from when fees are due, when you should arrive to lessons and even what cap is to be worn. Everything is given to you, there is no hidden policies, they keep you informed and you get to sit on pool deck to watch your kids. I am sure if you are reading this you have gone and looked these so called bad reviews… this nonsense of people not knowing is complete ******* and a complete lash out to the business because they suddenly “don’t remember” what they have signed, and then coming on here and being petty. I am so mad because this is not who Swimmattix is or who Matt is. HelloPeter has become a site where people just complain about everyone and everything. I am sure if a little more research was done you would see that they do this quite often and have a terrible credit record. Being a business owner myself - we bank on our clients paying on time and importantly fulling their end of the deal and their contract so we can pay our staff, overheads and keep the doors open every month. Why must people become nasty when money is involved, the lessons aren’t free, you want to swim in an indoor heated pool, with international instructors and have your child swimming then pay up people!

This is a brillant school and Matt and his team are amazing. If I could I would give them a HUNDRED stars I would.
