Unprofessional service

My son 21 months old started swimming at swimmatix swim school in Bellville. He loves water an swimming. Week after week he would be hysterical an even vomit outside class. That is not the problem. The problem I have is by lesson 5 my son was hysterical vommited outside, my husband then tried to calm him by taking off he's shoes putting he's feet in the water to show my son it's okay an try to calm him. When he did that the teacher shouted at him that it's not allowed. The manner in which she did this was humiliating as the room was full of people. I don't have a problem with following the rules but I do have a problem with people disrespecting others.

We left the swim cap at the school they placed it on lost an found, today I find out it's gone. When I mailed the owner about the incident he had no sympathy at all. Copied in the teacher an whoever else, basically blamed my husband. He also said they cannot be held responsible for items lost. So basically we need to purchase another swimming cap.

This entire incident has left a bad taste, as firstly they don't respect clients, secondly they don't have any sympathy or empathy for the child an lastly its not worth it as by lesson 5 this child has still not learnt. In my opinion a waste of money.
