Swimma Cap- poor quality

I bought a swimma( swimming) cap for my 4 year old daughter. As we were putting it on, the cap tore. It's still new but it is now useless. The company says they use good quality material in order for the cap to accommodate large afros or hair. So I'm very disappointed
