Worst customer service ever.

I have been trying to communicate with them for days now about an important issue and I get no response from any of their communication platforms. I get sent to their automated email response every time I email them. They never reply. Their messenger, as they claim to be available from 9am-5pm, is never available. I have paid a lot of money and am really regretting it. Never ordering from them again. They are wasting my time and energy.
