Pathetic service

<p>In October 2016 I paid make up supplier Swiitchbeautyfor an eyeshadow pallet that was suppose to be supp**** in November. I posted on their Instagram page and emailed them to advise that I had not received it. In December I get an Instagram response that they would email me a tracking number so they acknowledge that there was no receipt of goods however that email never did come. I sent numerous email and called the owner Rabia with no reponse with regard to a refund as I will never again support a company with such shocking customer service... so much for supporting small businesses.</p>
