Bad customer service

These guys are absolutely terrible with customer service! I’ve sent them a number of Instagram dm’s which were left on ‘seen’. I sent an email and one staff member said they’d get back to me, it’s been over a week and I still haven’t received a response. I’ve forwarded the email to their main email address and still haven’t received a reply. Never buying from again and will not recommend them.
