Swiitch Beauty: delivering promises not orders

<p>Swiitch beauty promises delivery within 3-5 working days but it's been over month and I haven't received my order. In fact, my order had never ever left their premises because:</p> <p>1. They don't deliver to Lephalale even though they supposedly deliver country wide (lephalale is in Limpopo)</p> <p>2. They hinted that extra costs will be needed for delivery even though I've already paid everything</p> <p>3. I've been told lies that my package has been sent off but I haven't received it</p> <p>4. They started ignoring my messages and would not reply to me until I started posting on their Instagram page and threatened to post on hello Peter. That caught their attention, they promptly deleted the posts and wanted me contact some person that I previously emailed but she did not reply to me</p> <p>5. I once again received promises that my package would be sent out before 12 pm but they are blaming fastway and my package will be sent out on Monday</p> <p>6. I can no longer trust that my package will be sent out on Monday because I've received many promises that my package would come </p> <p>7. I was promised a refund which did not take place as I was ignored </p> <p>8. They are shady AF </p> <p> </p>
