No response for items paid for and not received

<p>I recently purchased from swiitchbeauty on line . Their black friday specials .however upon receiving my package it was discovered they did not include 3 items in which was paid for . I emailed them immediately been doing so I even emailed the founder and I have sent direct messages to them .till today I have received no response . They have no numbers or place of business address. They took my money however j didn't receive my complete order . It is very disappointing with Christmas soon and I ordered as gifts .please help with this regard . It seems they think they above the law in not addressing the problems with clients .</p>
