Love the product. Despise the service

<p>I recently bought from Swiitchbeauty on two very different occasions. The first time I used this service my products took some time to reach me. No train smash ,as I was offered a discount on my next purchase. On my second order I entered my non expiration "discount" voucher but it was not accepted. Anyhow,fast forward. Order delivered, my lovely smelling lip prep generously leaked through my packaging. I emailed and contacted the customer care at Swiitchbeauty a few weeks ago and they seem to be ignoring my emails. All I require is great products with excellent service. As a paying customer the least that they can do is provide some feedback.</p>
