DIGUSTING business that takes your money and leaves you at the side when they mess up

<p>I pre-ordered a eyeshadow palette. It arrived broken and the eyeshadows were even sc****d. When I immediately sent an email I was promised a new palette the next day, guess what arrived, absolutely nothing. There was no emails, no communication at all. 2 weeks later I sent another email, I was just asked whether the palette was in its package and no communication once again. Now it's been over 2 months. After complaining on Instagram I was contacted only to be left half way with no communication once again. I have been Very understanding, telling myself people make mistakes but this is just disgusting. I paid for my items, I did not receive it for free and to be treated like this, I feel is just wrong. I have been nothing but patient and understanding just to be thrown aside each time because they have my money already. DIGUSTING</p>
