Black friday

Placed my order just pass 12 on 24th Nov 2017 (Black Friday) with standard shopping. It's now day 13 and I have still not received my tracking number. Apparently, standard shipping started to get dispatched on Monday this week. I completely understand that items were bought during a sale, but dispatching of products should be foreseen and customers should not have to be 'patient' -Swiitchbeauty is providing a service and standards should be kept and backlogs foreseen and attended to.
