PATHETIC / UNPROFESSIONAL / LACKLUSTER / TARDY
The worst service ever! *********** and unprofessional staff! Lackluster attitude! Pathetic!! ended up going to SARS Cape Town branch ourselves to sort our VAT registration. Our so-called tax consultant arrived late for both appointments - TARDY AS HELL!!! AMBER!!!! Paid for a service in March 2019 and by 30 Sept 2019 we still had not received our VAT registration completed. Didn't bother requesting a refund - would we have to fight for this too? Complained to owner, but got such an uninterested response as he obviously has no idea what is happening under his noes. I would not recommend Swiftreg to anyone. Don't advertise quick effective service as this is false advertising.

Thank you Douglas. Your hands on approach to our problem has proven to us that we can still on rely on certain businesses to rectify mistakes and improve on service delivery - you have proven that to us 10 fold.
Our unfortunate experience with one of your employees had left a bad taste in our mouth and this caused months of frustration, but I can now confirm our issues have been resolved and we are more than happy to do business with Swiftreg going forward.
