Frustrated to no end.....!

If i could give them half a star, i probably would. Started our journey with Swiftreg in Nov2018 to register our company and they were brilliant. In Feb 2019 started the process of our Vat Reg and what a nightmare this has turned out to be. To date - 10 July 2019 we have not finalized this process and it is costing my company dearly in customers which i have to turn away. Not cool at all. So my advice to Swiftreg is: stick to the simple stuff and leave the more complicated stuff to the professionals as you obviously do not have the expertise. If i am not the one to pick up the phone for feedback, i receive none. When i eventually reach someone only to be told my application requires additional documentation etc etc. Seriously poor service!! Pathetic customer service to say the least. If i could withdraw my application and go elsewhere i would, but demanding a refund is probably only going to lead to more brick walls!! Swift seriously pull up your socks or employ more competent staff.
