Bad Service

I have put through an application for SARS Clearance Certificate for my company and it's been a month not done yet. I always had to make follow ups because of not receiving interim feedback from them which is unprofessional. A person by the name of Amber Louw who was dealing with my application said it was done only to find out that it wasn't. She never apologized each time I complained which is very arrogant. I requested for my refund since this was never done and haven't received any feedback.

This is such a terrible and unfair thing to go through. I am very disappointed that this was never escalated and I have not received my refund as yet.

I will be taking this to all social media platforms!!!!!
