Poor service and did not meet promised turn around time

Ordered thermometers from Swiftlink Medical / couriers. Advert said overnight delivery but took a week. Poor communication and no tracking numbers given. They apologised for poor service and promised to do better.

Ordered again a week ago and I am still waiting for tracking number and delivery ! Not responding to emails.

Swiftlink medical can't blame the courier service either as they are the courier company too.

Very poor service
