**** contract we got from Swift skilled programme

I have bad experience with Swift Skills Programme that is situated in killerney gardens, in Cape Town. They wasted out time. I was taken for Basic engineering, on 2 September 2024, the programme was supposed to be 12 months. 1 months theory and 11 months practical to companies. However we only attended theory and on October 2024 they told us to stay at home and wait for their calls as they are still in search for companies. And we never heard from them again. Until last year June when I received their call saying I must go and sign employment contract, I went there and I signed the contract. When as learners searching for the company name which was on the contract we signed shows that its a book store. So they ****d the contract to get the tender. We tried to inform funders, and they seached and confirm its a **** contract. But what amazed me is that I don’t see then doing anything. According to the contract I signed with them they supposed to pay me for full 12 months. And now when they supposed to pay me they said they can pay me because am not yet placed. But according to the contract am placed. The is a lot of **** that is happening.

I was placed last year in 1 of the biggest company in the industry. We were not get paid any cent buy the company. And they didn’t even gave us PPE . Most of learner’s resigned from the programme, they said it’s a waste of time. And they are playing with our feelings.
