DO NOT USE Swift Royal Properties: They are ****mers. Dont become their next victim! The company stole money that was for application fees and deposit.

The website is visible but they are not registered with thr PPRA and do not have an FFC certificate.

This company does not comply with the rest of the industry. They charged a R1000 administer rent application and demanded R10, 000 deposit to be paid BEFORE VIEWING of the apartment!! However WHEN the money was paid to them, they then DEMANDED the first month rent and signed lease BEFORE viewing of the apartment.

Be aware their agents do not use their full names on their WhatsApp messages or emails. They also dont use their full names in the contracts they send you. Their only interest is to get money from you. Dont become a target!
