Waiting over 2 years for roof to be fixed

Absolutely terrible service and workmanship. Had our roof "fixed" through this company in August 2015 and it is now November 2017... Since then they have had to return more than 5 times to repair yet again... That take months to come back out each time as fixing poor workmanship and sticking to their guarantee does not seem to be a priority. Still waiting for them to come back to repaint over the last fix they had to do... Not holding my breath.
