SWIFT CLEANERS DESTROY MATTRESS TOPPER

DO NOT USE THESE CLEANERS!! I took a king size mattress topper to Swift for cleaning as it didn't fit into my washing machine. They totally destroyed the item - shrunk the cover and clumped the filling. When approached to reimburse for the damage or replace the item, the manager Meyer Lamprecht was arrogant, rude and dismissive of the issue, blaming the manufacturer for poor washing instructions. I contacted the manufacturer who was wonderful - they even re-did their washing tests on the item and came to the conclusion that Swift had (as in previous encounters with them) boiled the topper and tumble dried it. Swift continues their arrogance in denial. Even refuse to reimiburse the cleaning fee. I am now left with a stalemate - nobody taking responsibility and I am out of pocket and sleeping on a hard mattress. They deserve to go out of business. AVOID AVOID AVOID SWIFT DRY CLEANERS
