service in obtaining certificate from Home Affairs

I requested them to assist me in obtaining an unabridged birth certificate from Home Affairs.. I have paid in June 2024 already. they do not answer when I call.. it take days before they answer on whatsapp and email, but say one have the contact them by email and whatsapp. They post frequently on facebook the services they help with.
