Unresponsive towards request for service.

Swift Cyber Studio is not consistent with their service. Quick to sign you up as a client to ensure business, but not supportive towards the client's business requests. They developed our website and is also the host. Last year our website showed an error and was offline for months. Our host, Swift Cyber Studio never noticed it, and we had to inform them about it. Yet their monthly hosting fees were paid for these months. Swift Cyber Studio has been requested to remove an old advert from our website. 3 requests have been sent since February to July .No response yet and no adjustment on our website. This is a lack of accountability towards a client, that supports Swift Cyber Studio's business. What about our business? Definitely not recommendable with their current slow/lack of service.
