Complaint

To whom it may conern My name is Jamie-Lee Camilla Fortuin with ID number ***. I have been working at the a cleaning company called Swift Cleaning, by which the CEO is Tercia Venter with cellphone number ***. I have a complain as to i been working at this company for almost three years. In the duration of working from 2021 til 2023 i have been given a VERBAL contract and never signed a physical one. She never had staff meetings upon the policy and work contract duration for the me. She used Whatsapp as a source of communication to me and that was the main source of how she communicated. If i contact her via the Whatsapp to any work related issues she would then ignore the message. On 22 June 2023, she then Whatsapp me to inform me that i will need to be transferd from Parow Branch to Montague Garden in short notice as start on the 3rd July 2023. My response was to say that i do not have a clue to where this branch is and that she must direct or show me where this branch is and what my duties would be in Montague Garden. She verbally said that a meeting would take place as to what the duties would be in Montague Gardens but never came to her word. She never had a meeting or what so she says she always verbally mentions these things but never do as she say. On the 3rd July 2023 she came in contact with my father as to where i am and why i did not attend to my duties at work in Montague Gardens, after i told her that she should show me where this branch is. Tercia's respons is that she dont care to how i get to this new branch and if i do not go i should then resign from this Company. This Company that i have worked for has deducted UIF from my salary every month, there was no payslip or atleast a physical payslip each month for the 3years given to me. Tercia is in no contact with me as to i am waiting on her response and i assume that i no longer work for Swift Cleaning. There is no work email but only her email address to which i can contact *** What should i do in this type of situation.
