Ian Humphrey - Swift Building Solutions

Totally pathetic service from Ian Humphrey and his team. They were called in during March 2022 by my flat body corporate as a contractor to repair the entire complex roof. His job was an utter failure and has caused further interior damages to our individual flats. Every time it rains he is required to come in for repairs due to leaks and then repainting. It is now September 2022 and I am still going through the same issues. My body corporate will not discipline him or put any pressure him to perform his duties correctly. He is rude and ****** towards non whites. I need support and intervention from an external source. This cannot go on for any longer as my household contents are always getting destroyed in the process of Ian Humphrey’s incompetence.
