Labour Service on Mercury 150hp EFI outboard motor

I delivered my Mercury 150hp EFI outboard motor to Swiegers Marine in February 2016 and requested a quote for repair & service. A quote was sent to me on the 02nd of February 2016. The company requested a deposit of half of the quoted amount to proceed. I paid the deposit on the 01st of June 2016 and since then the service provider has not yet completed my motor. Numerous phone calls and e-mail correspondence has been sent to company without any assistance to resolve the matter. Evidence of all correspondence can be provided. The company keeps on postponing completion of services. The company has even reported that parts of my motor was ****** internally by some employee and that they have ordered the parts and are waiting for the parts. A matter that is none of my concern as a client. A year and 5 months have past now without being able to resolve this.
