Education system is a huge fail

I have been up and down with this campus since August, I have a son who has not been to school the whole year. I have done walk-ins to ask for help with regards to applications and was told to apply online. I have tried that process a number of times and it does not work, went back to ask for support but I was given a huge attitude by the receptionist. I them called this *** asking for help and I was sent from pillar to post. I am now being told that applications being closed. My son needs to attend school, as we stay in Jabulani and he would like ti study Mechincal engineer. How is my son meant to have a future.
