Poor service guaranteed!

<p>My husband and I used Swemmer Upholstery after we saw a sample of their workmanship. We gave them two existing sets of cushions, which were still in a very good condition. After completion of the work, Mr Smit of Swemmer Upholstery called us and we went to Somerset-Wet to pick up the new cushions. We wrote an email the next day to express our discontent with the work, after which Mr Smit came to the house to fetch the cushions. He called us after a week to tell us that the work is done and that we can fetch the cushions. The next day we wrote another email, saying that the cushions are still not to our satisfaction. Mr Smit came to the house again and we handed him one of the chairs so that he could measure the correct size of the cushions, as he did not do that in the first place. After a week, he called to say that they are done. We went back to pick up the cushions but they are still not right. The length and width of each of the cushions differ. This is really poor service. He never came back to ask whether we are satisfied.</p> <p> </p>
