Swemgat Lynnwood

The worst service I have every received from any company. Truly atrocious. The Lynnwood branch employ (specifically Dawie Nel) gave me a quote to do over my whole swimming pool, which quote was already give to us on 4 October 2019. (please note that the first time he visited my premises to do the quote was 1 August 2019 and he only gave the quote on 4 October 2019). On 4 October 2019 we accepted his quotation and paid 60% deposit which amounted to R45 780.00 as we were anxious to finish our swimming pool before closing in December 2019, and which we were promised will be possible. From missed appointments to arriving late at my house, and for me telling him on a daily basis that he people came late they arrive at 11h00 then take lunch for another hour and then leaves at 15h00. There was no supervision or follow ups to check the progress at my house. Phone calls, WhatsApp’s, promises ...... these guys just never get back to you. On 3 January 2020 I made contact with him for an urgent appointment whereafter he informed me that he is in a meeting and will return to me without honouring same. On 6 January 2020 when I followed up again his wife informed me that he was in an accident and that I must make contact with Hendrik of Centurion. Hendrik was however not able to continue w with the work on the quotation that was given to us by Dawie. We tried during March 2020 to have a meeting with Dawie without any success. I will never recommend this Company the services is poor!!!!!
