Opend the box standing in my pantry to use the mincer for the first time and found it non functional and missing parts like it was stripped for parts. Tried to contact them through their site and via bid or buy with no response from them. R6050 for something thy stripped for spares. The kept me waiting for delivery telling me that they are waiting for new stock and what I received was something thy stripped to repair someone else's machine.
