Too many employees doing nothing

I stood waiting at the till for 10 min waiting to pay for pop corn while the woman behind the top faffed around. There were 5 other employees behind the till too, non of witch offered to help or showed any urgency. I ultimately walked out with a very bad taste in my mouth.
