Expired Chocolates For Sale

<p>Disappointed with Mall Of Africa - Sweets of Heaven store!</p> <p>Sold me 4 x Happy Hippo chocs (@R15 each) only to find out that they were nearly 6 months expired. The printed date on packaging seems to have been tampered with so that customers don’t see it easily (we have pictures) I returned it and asked for a replacement of fresh stock and to be compensated for the inconvenience caused (there could have been bugs in it - I could have gotten food poisoning). 2 weeks later, manageress, Anna is lying about sorting the matter out and insisting I now call their head office rather than realizing what a huge problem this is and sorting it out herself or within ranks of management. She apparently called her boss, we requested various times to speak to the other person but she refused to allow us the opportunity to talk to whom ever was on the other end of the line. They gave me a lousy refund now and denying everything! Went back to return the R120, however Anna REFUSED to take it back and acknowledged her refusal when asked again for the sake of clarity! *********** employees with atrocious attitudes! </p>
