Bad customer service

<p>Today I had the worst customer service experience. I went to Sweets from heaven in the V & A waterfront to purchase popcorn. When I walked into the store one of the staff members was mopping the floor, and the other was busy ringing up sales at the point of service. I stood in the line to pay for the popcorn and when I was done I went to the lady who was at the front to pour the popcorn for me, and asked her to please wash her hands before she pours the popcorn for me and she ignored me. I then decided to just try and pour them for myself because she was so caught up with what she was doing so much that she ignored me. </p> <p>When she saw me doing that she immediately told me not to help myself after she had ignored my request the first time. I asked her again to please wash her hands and she was fed up and walked to the back to put the mop and bucket away and did not wash her hands. </p> <p>She then came back and I asked the other lady if she could give me a refund because the lady was rude, and not only rude but highly unhygienic. I mean its common sense for anybody who works with food to know that they need to be clean and that the environment is kept clean too. But when there are clients in the store staff cannot be mopping and then touch food. I don’t even understand why they don’t where plastic gloves.</p> <p>I will never walk into that store again because I know that the staffs are very unhygienic and they don’t care about the service they give to the clients. It’s so unfortunate that the staffs are not well trained on retail basics. </p>
