Bad bad bad service at sweetheart southgate. The ladies work without a supervisor or manager. They do not know their policies on exchanges. They are absolutely clueless.

I bought glasses yesterday and they did not even check it before giving it to me. Today they telling me they cannot assist with an exchange.
