Dissatisfied with the product

I bought long beaded earrings along with makeup and jewellery box at Sweetheart shop in Alberton City on the 23/03/2018. I placed the earrings safely on to the jewellery box, today as it was the first time wearing them one line of the beads just fell out while I was standing.
