BAD BEHAVIOUR AND SWEARING AT CLIENT

I went shopping with my 2 granddaughters at Sweetheart Alberton City Mall 28/3/16 @10:13<br> When we went into the shop music was playing and we started shopping.<br> After 5 min the lady behind the till went to the music centre and turn the music very LOUD. After 2 minutes I went to her and ask her very friendly to turn it a bit softer the customers cant hear each other. She looked at me blank with no acknowledgement and I repeat my request and then she turn it softer. But at the same time she spoke in her language to a lady hanging on the counter next to the sound system. Very unprofessional. This lady told her in their language if i don't want to listen to the loud music I must get out of the store.<br> I approached them and told them that I do understand what they saying - but this lady very AGGRESSIVE repeat the words.<br> If I didn't have my 2 little granddaughters with me at that time I would confront her but did not want to let them cry they not use to this kind of treatment and aggression. <br> Needless to say when I ask their names they ignore me and repeat the \get out of the store\"in their language.<br> I was shock that a lovely store like SWeetheart have such aggressive staff."
