Sweetdreams terrible service

Realy bad sevice..... I should give you ZERO STAR RATING... Submited uif claim for my wife 6 months ago up yo today we are still struggling if we dont call or email them to find out what is going on we dont get feed back we are 3 mommys that used this company and not one got any feedback regarding payments its R500 downt the drain..... Good news we had a new lady helping us 3 weeks money was paid in for the first 2 monts of maternity leave already got a notification for the folowing 2 months.. Soo i called sweetdreams to let them know they can stop our uif claim..... Lady was very happy for us...... Sweetdreams if you want to run this kind of business you should learn to comunicate to your clients oh and by the way if you guys are reading this complaint you can keep the R500
