Disgusting and clueless manager

Sweetanollc Birchleigh North is one of the most disgusting sweets shop. The manager is clueless when it comes to running the shop. Yesterday I went to buy Yummy Gummy frogs. When I took a pack from the shelf it was R51, then I got to the counter. The scanner show R2, as a customer who knows her wrights. I told them I'm only going to pay what I see on the till. The guy on processed my purchase and gave me the invoice for R2. Then explain to the manager of the shop. The manager started unnecessary argument and phone the owner of the shop. The Indian owner told me he doesn't care the must give me back my R2. I went out with the pack of sweet's and the proof of payment. He followed me outside the Mall put his filthy hannda in my trolley like I'm a ********. It was so embarrassing indeed. This business people must know all the terms and conditions when it comes to running the shop. It was their fault not mine. Why they want me to take the blame. There's sweet shop opposite the Mall those guys pay attention to details. And they humble themselves when it comes to their clients. This shop is one of the clueless and disgusting at all cost. They supposed to be selling in places like street corner without invoice.
