The most incredible service and beautiful work! I honestly cannot recommend Natanya from Sweet Things SA highly enough! What a truly magnificent lady. ❤️ After being let down by another baker the day before my son’s first birthday, I was honestly feeling so stressed and disappointed. I reached out to Natanya, and from the very beginning she was absolutely incredible. Despite having a tight schedule, she went completely above and beyond to fit me in. She communicated with me through late hours and early mornings, was incredibly thorough, patient, gentle, respectful and kind, and made the entire process feel so easy during what was otherwise a very stressful time. And then came the cookies… 🥹 They were absolutely beautiful! She delivered more than 100%. They were exactly what I had hoped for, beautifully made, delicious and honestly such a special addition to my son’s birthday celebration. The quality and attention to detail were amazing, especially considering how little time she had to work with. Her pricing was also so reasonable and affordable, which I really appreciated. She even went as far as offering to arrange a courier for the cookies if we weren’t able to collect them ourselves. That level of care and willingness to help says so much about the kind of person and business owner she is.
