Still not received my order or my money refunded after a year

Since my first review about a bad experience in October 2020 I received a threatening email to remove my review as it is defamatory to their online business and my assured me that they will resolve my order. Since November 2020 when I requested for our money to be refunded I have not heard anything yet. I have sent another email, but surprise surprise, that email does not exist anymore. I am really so upset by this whole experience and that they took our money and did not do anything from their side to resolve this situation. I would not recommend doing business with them to anyone at all!
