Cake decorater refuses to refund

The brief for a novelty 4 year birthday cake was supp**** with images of the exact design via email . All details were specifically included. These details were charged at an additional cost to the original quote. The cake arrived on the day of the party and the extras that were charged for were not made according to the brief provided. The cake was delivered disassembled. The fire flames clearly indicated on every image provided on either side of the truck were not added. The Fondant on the rice crispies truck body was very untidy especially at the back and was cracking upon delivery. The structure was too fragile and not supported correctly resulting in the cake splitting and collapsing. The cake board was not completely covered as requested. The figurine of the driver was beautiful but he was not inside the car as requested.The magnet was also just left loose and not attached to the back as requested. Pictures were supp**** to the supplier and all concerns were pointed out. A 50% refund was requested.
