Contravention of Basic Conditions of emplyemnt Act - Section 34

Advice and suggestion please. I cannot afford a labour advocate. Small business taking advantage of the high rate of unemployment and applying Unfair labour practices that need to addressed from a higher authority. I was assured November have been waiting a year to be paid a salary. I was verbally abused by the that I will be paid - to date still waiting for my payment. The director of the small business states that I abused the vehicle as the vehicle was parked off at home whilst I was at the dentist on my day off -which the company was notified of. After verbally abusing and falsely accusing me the vehicle was demanded to be returned the Saturday on which I insisted a full inspection be done. A year later my payment due to me as per my contract of employment is still withheld. There is no written agreement on this contract for any deductions to be made including UIF. I don't want the petrol money I put in replaced nor the admin costs I paid for to be reimbursed nor further payment for the additional orders that were phoned through to me. I just want payment for the job I did.
