horrific customer service

Firstly no one to attend to customer. I walked to the till and the supervisor walked away. I had to ask the shop assistant to assist me. RELUCTANTLY Moreblessing assists. Secondly they do not have a small popcorn although it is advertised they do. This was brought to my attention by the assistant pointing and shouting at me. When I address it she laughs and so does her supervisor.
