**** - quality disgusting & sizing completely off.

We ordered a wedding dress online for my friend. Sweet Dressy states that they custom make dresses to size. It arrived a week and a half later. ALL the measurements were completely wrong and the quality is terrible, cheap fabric and bad workmanship. We paid over R4000 for this. We asked to send the dress back and get a full refund. They are telling us to keep the dress and offering us 5% of the value back!!! This is a ****. I have read tons of reports online with many people complaining about all the same issues. We desperately need to get this refund so my friend can pay for a new wedding dress before her wedding in 3 weeks time. This so called business should be shut down, they are all lies. The quality of the dresses is very very poor and they are not made to order. Please help us in getting our full refund back, and they should cover the shipping costs for the **** and inconvenience.
