UIF - Department of Labour Maternity benefit application FRUSTRATION

I would like to thank the Sweetdreamz team for all their assistance with regards to my maternity benefit application to the UIF/Depratment of Labour. The application took a whole year to be finilised. it is the most frustrating experience to try to get paid for the maternity benefits from UIF. Its so easy for us to pay this UIF for the rest of our working lives, but when it's time for them to give us our maternity benefit, they will take you from pillar to post and there is no specific number that you can call to follow up.

The Sweetdreamz team really did a wonderful job by guiding and following up for me. I almost gave up, but they were always there to provide the support and encouragement that i needed at the time until eventually my maternity benefit was paid into my account.
