Sweet Nothing

My wife went through the UIF agency called Sweet dreams- more like "Nightmare"

We paid the R500 fee and couriered documents to Capetown which cost additional R100. So it cost us R600 in total. What a waste of money!

Documents where submitted after 4 months my wife was not paid. So she did a follow up, They are not contactable via phone. You have to send a whatsapp. they take their "Sweet" time to reply. All they said is they submitted the documents and WE must follow up with home affairs??? What am I paying you R600 for? Just to submit documents!

Eventually we had to go to the labor department they told us that documents submitted was incorrect. So we went to sweet dreams and gave them the feedback. Sweet dreams insisted the documents are correct. Eventually we realized they not willing to help, so we restarted the process at our local home affairs.

To be honest rather save your money and go to your local office they are more helpful and know what is happening in terms of the process.

In conclusion I got a sweet nothing from sweet dreams...Goodnight
